Shipping and Deliveries

Free shipping over $100

Look forward to FREE SHIPPING for any purchases above $100… woo hoo!

Orders for less than $100 will incur a flat shipping fee of $7.50.

Depending on your location we will either ship orders through our lovely couriers – FastWay or Australia Post.  We will always need your autograph on receipt to verify your gorgeous goods have arrived safe and sound so if you think you will be out on the town at the time of delivery, consider providing us with an alternative address, like a neighbours or your work address. If you are not at home when your item arrives a slip will be left for you with information on what to do to pick up or have the item re-delivered (if by courier).  We do ship to PO Boxes, but only through Australia Post. 

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that firstly we need to wait until your payment is approved through our payment gateway. Once your order has been dispatched from Ruby Frank you will receive a shipment notification email. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Sydney metro areas - you lucky ducks should expect to receive your goodies within 1-3 business days
  • Any other major Australian cities apart from Sydney - the wait will be a little longer – around 2-7 business days
  • Remote areas -  (although we wish we had our own delivery angel) items may take between 7-11 business days so… try to be organised for special occasion orders from us and leave plenty of time for the bumpy journey ahead. 

Remember that these are estimated delivery times and are only a guide, and may be longer during peak times.  If you have waited out the time estimates provided above and still not received your order please get in touch at hello@rubyfrank.com.au so we can check your order for you.  Please allow an extra day if the period falls over a public holiday.

Sending a Gift or lovely Ruby Frank Gift Box?

If you are sending a gift or gift box to someone and would like it to arrive on a certain date, please add this information in the instructions section at checkout, we will do our best to make this happen but please be conscious that once it leaves us and is on its journey to your recipient sometimes any arrival requirements are difficult to control.

At checkout, please write in the comments section that it is a gift so we know not to send a receipt with the package to ensure gift-receiving happiness for your recipient without the boring order information included.

The delivery times listed above will also apply to our gift boxes.  

Overseas orders

Generally speaking we can ship orders overseas.  If you would like to ship an order to an address outside of Australia please either call us or send us an email at hello@rubyfrank.com.au and we will provide you with shipping fee information. 

Important  

All orders are subject to the availability of stock.  Although we always endeavour to ensure our website stock information is accurate and up to date, there may be circumstances where an item may be ordered that is not in stock, if this occurs, we will contact you asap to inform you by email and to discuss whether would like to cancel your order or wait for the item to come back into stock.  If this happens, we promise to include a freebie for any inconvenience.

If the item will no longer be stocked by us we will refund your payment asap. 

We also reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, for instance, if we suspect the transaction is fraudulent.
