Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Ruby Frank! Being online shopping lovers ourselves, we know that sometimes buying online makes it hard to “look and feel” products.

We want you to be happy, so we are more than happy to accept any returns within 21 days of the date of purchase. So long as the product is returned in the original condition with all tags and packaging in-tact (unworn and/or unused) you will receive a full refund. Sale items must be returned within 14 days to receive a full refund.

For refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, the actual delivery costs of returning the product and re-sending any item(s) in exchange will be the responsibility of the purchaser.


Please choose your products carefully as we do not accept any returns on:
• earrings, hair accessories and body/face products (creams etc)
• bedding & bedding accessories
• personal care items (for e.g. brushes, manicure sets)
• underwear/undergarments/hats/beanies
• our gift cards.

In line with Australian law, if any goods are faulty, or do not meet one or more consumer guarantees, you can exchange the item or receive a refund. If an item is faulty we will reimburse you for any return delivery fees. You will need to show us however that the item is faulty, and we will also need to inspect it on return.
