When will I receive my order?

Can I get a refund or exchange?   

In most cases, yes you can. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more info.


Can you deliver to a PO box?

Yes, please note this may take longer to receive, so if possible please provide a physical address.


Do you deliver on Saturdays & Sundays?

Sorry, we’re afraid not. We only deliver Monday to Friday.  


Do you ship your gorgeous goodies overseas?  

In most cases yes!, please get in touch via phone or email at hello@rubyfrank.com.au and we can let you know the cost of shipping and any other information.

Can I create my own gift box?

Of course! Unleash your creativity – browse our site, choose your favourite items, then email or call and we’ll put together your special gift box. Don’t forget to add some bubbly and decadent chocolates! You can also just add items to your bag and then write us a note at check out to tell us you would like the items gift-boxed and leave the rest to us!

Is there a Ruby Frank bricks and mortar store?

What payment options do I have?

You can pay by Paypal or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB & Amex. Your payment will be processed via our secure & trusted payment gateway (eWay).


Can my order be gift wrapped?

Absolutely! Visit our Gift Wrapping section for more info. Pick one of our beautiful greeting cards and we’ll happily hand-write a message for you too!


How long do I have to spend my gift card? And do I have to spend it all at once?

You have 12 months from the date you receive the gift card to spend it. And you can spend the balance as you wish; either all in one go, or in separate transactions. Keep your gift card safe, as it cannot be replaced.


Can you stock my product?

We’re always on the lookout for fresh, beautiful, design-led products. Please drop us a line if you have products you think may fit well within our little store.


How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by email or phone, at any time prior to it being dispatched. For more info, see our Returns Policy


How can I change my existing order?

You may change your order any time before you receive a dispatch notification from us by email.  After the order is dispatched, no changes can be made to orders.


What if it’s out of stock?

Although we do our best to keep stock information up to date on our website, occasionally there may be circumstances where an item is not in stock. If this occurs, please refer to our Shipping & Deliveries section for more info.
